Building a Positive Atmosphere
🎯 Our Mission
Our goal is to develop confidence, self-esteem, and sportsmanship. To ensure this atmosphere, Central Mass Flag Worcester has adopted a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding parent behavior.
By registering, I pledge to provide positive support for all players by following this Code of Ethics:

Sportsmanship: I (and my guests) will encourage good sportsmanship by demonstrating positive support for all players, coaches, and officials.

No Hostility: I will NOT engage in unsportsmanlike conduct such as booing, taunting, refusing to shake hands, or using profane language.

Priorities: I will place the emotional and physical well-being of my child ahead of my personal desire to win.

No Ridicule: I will never ridicule or yell at my child (or any other participant) for making a mistake or losing a competition.

Respect Coaches: I will require that my child's coach be trained in their responsibilities and I will uphold the Coaches’ Code of Conduct.

Clean Environment: I will demand a sports environment for my child that is free from drugs and tobacco.
✓
Perspective: I will remember that the game is for the youth—not the adults.
🚫 Disciplinary Action
If I do not live up to the Code of Conduct, I will be subject to:
Verbal Warning • Ejection • Suspension • Game Forfeit
