Parent Code of Conduct
Our Mission
The mission of Central Mass Flag Worcester is to develop confidence, self-esteem, and sportsmanship through the performance of recreational team sports. To ensure the appropriate atmosphere, the organization has adopted a zero tolerance policy in the enforcement of the Parent’s Code of Conduct.
I hereby agree to and pledge to provide positive support, care, and encouragement for my child/ward participating in activities by following this Parents’ Code of Ethics:

I (and my guests) will encourage good sportsmanship by demonstrating positive support for all players, coaches, and officials.

I (and my guests) will not engage in unsportsmanlike conduct such as booing, taunting, refusing to shake hands, or using profane language.

I will place the emotional and physical well-being of my child/ward ahead of my personal desire to win.

I will never ridicule or yell at my child/ward or other participant for making a mistake or losing a competition.

I will require that my child's coach be trained in the responsibilities of being a coach and upholds the Coaches’ Code of Conduct.

I will demand a sports environment for my child that is free from drugs and tobacco.

I will remember that the game is for youth - not adults.
Disciplinary Action
If I do not live up to the Parents’ Code of Conduct, I will be subject to disciplinary action including: verbal warning, ejection, suspension, or game forfeit with no refund of fees.
