Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers
All registrations include an acknowledgment of the league waiver.
⛈️ Weather & Cancellations
We rarely cancel. However, safety comes first. Events are canceled only under these conditions:
- Severe Thunderstorm / Tornado Warning
- Hurricane / Blizzard / Ice Storm Warning
- Excessive Heat Warning
- Facility Closure (Parks Dept decision)
The Hard Truth: If we must cancel due to weather or force majeure, games/practices are unlikely to be rescheduled and are non-refundable.

Deadline: Requests must be received before the Registration Deadline.
Timing: We review requests every Tuesday.
💰 Refund Amounts
- Before Deadline: Full Entry Fee minus a $30.00 Admin Fee.
- After Deadline: No Refunds ($0).
- Note: Processing fees, donations, and merch are non-refundable.
🚫 We Do Not Refund For:
- Team/Coach placement dissatisfaction.
- Scheduling conflicts (over-scheduled kids).
- Missed games/practices.
- Falsifying Info: If you fake a grade/age to get on a team, you will be removed with NO refund.

- Fee: $30.00 Admin Fee applies.
- Availability: Subject to open spots in the new season.
- Family Only: Transfers must stay within the same household.
- After Deadline: No transfers allowed.
